Find out who made changes to your TrackingTime account and when with Activity Logs. This feature allows you to review actions performed by team members, including when time entries were created, modified, or deleted, and changes made to projects, tasks, and other records.
Activity Logs is especially useful when you need to investigate missing records, verify when someone logged their hours, or identify who made a specific change.

Find out when a record was created or modified
Want to know when a team member entered their hours, rather than the date those hours were logged for? Or when a task or project were created.
With Activity Logs, you can review when a time entry was actually created or updated, even if the entry refers to work performed on a different date.
How to review hours with activity logs:
|
The Date column shows when the action was performed, while the expanded details can show information about the time entry itself, such as its start time, end time, duration, project, and associated user.
⚠️ The date a time entry was created is not necessarily the same as the date the work was performed. Activity Logs helps you distinguish between the two.
Find out who deleted a record
If a time entry, task, or project is missing, Activity Logs can help you identify who deleted it and when.
How to review deleted records:
|
The activity record identifies the user responsible for the action, along with the date, time, and IP address.
You can also use Activity Logs to investigate other changes, such as the creation or modification of projects, tasks, and time entries.
