Roles: Admins, Project Managers | Paid Feature

Moving your projects forward while hitting your budgets and deadlines isn't always easy. Here's where the Project Report comes into play!

It's designed with service-oriented companies in mind, that work simultaneously on several different projects, for different clients.

This report gives you an overview of all your currently active projects.

Summary

On the first screen, you will find the Summary. You'll see at a glance how many hours are allocated for each project, how many hours the team has already worked on each project, the hourly rate and the fixed rate set for that project.

At the top of this page, you'll see all your projects marked as Favorites.

The progress bar will allow you not only to compare worked versus estimated hours, but it will also show you how close each project is to its deadline or due date.

The tasks' section will show you how many tasks were completed and how many are left to complete. You'll also find billing information like fixed and hourly rate, as well as total cost and total rate for the project.
