Backup and export your account data to keep it stored outside TrackingTime for compliance and audit purposes.

Whether you are leaving TrackingTime or you need to save a copy of your records, you can export all your users, projects, comments, hours, tasks and subtasks information in separate .csv files.

How to export the account data:

  1. Go to the upper corner menu and click on Settings.

  2. Select "Account" from the left menu and scroll down to find the Data export section.

  3. Click on "Export" and all the .csv files will be processed: download the ones you need or each of them. This process can take some time depending on the size of the file.
