How to customize your workspace:

The following configurations are available:
Company name: Enter the name of your company. This will appear for example when you export your reports to PDF. This field is required.
Currency: The currency to be used in your account for hourly and fixed rates for projects and tasks.
Country: Choose the country where you live in. This field is optional.
Timezone: Choose your timezone. Even though we use your local computer’s timezone for time entries we use this setting for internal operations and meta data.
Company logo: Set up your company's logo. When you export an Invoice or a report in PDF file, you'll be able to include this logo.
Account Owner: Choose the employee responsible for the account.
Close account: You can cancel your account anytime. After one week time, all your data will be lost forever. This action cannot be undone.
Storing your data
All your screenshots, documents, and invoices will be saved in your cloud. Each workspace has 540 GB of storage available, and in this section, you can see how much of it has been used so far.
Exporting your data
Use the data export section to extract files with all the information available in your account about users, projects, comments, events, tasks, and subtasks.
After clicking on Export data, you will see several CSV files available with the information corresponding to each group.
⚠️ Data export may take a while depending on the amount of information available in your workspace.
