Help me complete my Timesheet
Use the AI Assistant to help you register any time entries you might have missed to log, ensuring that all your work hours are accounted for without the hassle of manual input.
Specify the day or period you'd like to get information from and the AI Assistant will retrieve all time entries from said period. The time entries will be displayed along side your work schedule (if enabled) for the week, so you can easily see how many required hours you've missed to record.
Review the information and confirm if it's accurate or if it needs correction. Choose to log time entries against the suggested existing tasks or have the assistant create new ones.
Show me my tasks
Request the AI Assistant to create a list of all pending tasks currently assigned to you, providing a clear and organized overview of your workload to help you prioritize and manage your responsibilities effectively.
Add a new task
Easily request the AI Assistant to create new tasks for your workspace.
Use wording like "Create task called Researching for project Sales" if you want to create a task for an existing project in your workspace.
If the project is unspecified, the AI Assistant will ask you if you want to link the task to an existing project, create a new one or leave it unnasigned. It can also assign the task to a member of the team for you!

It's very easy to start a timer using the AI Assistant, for any new or existing task or project in your workspace.
Simply use any of the prompts below:

⚠️ ChatGPT can make mistakes. Please make sure to review the information you enter in your TrackingTime account using the AI Assistant, and edit or delete it when necessary. Please note that the AI Assistant does not have the ability to delete any of your data.

I can’t Sign in with my TrackingTime account
If you are having issues logging into your TrackingTime account in ChatGPT, please try to sign in directly from ChatGPT's privacy settings.

My timezone is incorrect
The AI assistant will use the timezone you have set up in your TrackingTime workspace for the entries, tasks or projects it creates. If it's not displaying the correct timezone, please go to your TrackingTime settings to update it.

My workspace is incorrect
ChatGPT will connect to your default TrackingTime workspace i.e, the last workspace you used. Did the AI Assistant connect to the wrong TrackingTime workspace?
To have the assistant connect to the correct workspace, simply switch workspaces!

⚠️ The last workspace selected will remain as the default account and that's the workspace the AI Assistant will use to take information from.
AI asks me to sign in even though I’ve already signed in
You might have to sign in multiple times to fix this. This is a ChatGPT issue and we are working together with OpenAI to resolve it as soon as possible.
