How to view and manage your billing and payment history, and download your TrackingTime invoices.

Payments methods

We only accept payments with credit and debit cards. However, if you are getting an annual subscription and your workspace will have more than 20 users, we could accept payments via wire transfer.

Credit and debit cards

Regarding your payment with credit or debit card, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and many other credit cards worldwide.

Wire transfers

For annual subscriptions of more than 20 users, we could accept payments with Wire Transfer. Please, get in touch with us in case you'd like to choose this payment method and our sales team will help you out.

📝 We don't accept PayPal, Bitcoin or similar.

What happens when your credit card fails

Payments can fail due to several reasons. For instance, a change in your card number, your card expiring, cancelation of your credit card, or the bank not recognizing the payment and taking action to prevent it. When a payment for your subscription fails, we'll notify you via email and automatically try again in 3 to 5 days.

Contact your bank

If you would like to keep using the current credit card on file, please reach out to your bank. Check with them the reason for the declines and make sure they have authorized this card to be used for automatic payments of your TrackingTime PRO subscription.

Update your credit card

In case your credit card has expired and you need to switch to a different one, or you want to use a different card for your TrackingTime PRO subscription, you can update your card on file following this link: https://pro.trackingtime.co/#/client-portal or these steps below:

How to update your card on file:

  1. Go to the menu in the top right corner of your screen and select "Settings".

  2. Click on "Subscription".

  3. Click on "Update credit card'". A pop-up from our payments provider,

    Stripe, will appear on the screen.

  4. Enter the name and address associated to your new card.

  5. After filling out your card's details, click on 'Update Card Details' to securely update your payment info.

📝 In the Stripe portal you'll be able to add, delete and mark cards as default!

View your billing history

You can check your Billing history and download your invoices in PDF, following this link: https://pro.trackingtime.co/#/client-portal . As soon as you open the link, you will also find information about your current subscription, amount of users and when your plan renews, hence, when you need to pay your next invoice.

Download invoices

Once you have entered the information you need to be included in your invoices, you can download these for your records.


How to download your invoices:

  1. Click on the menu in the top right corner of the screen and select "Settings"

  2. Select "Subscription" on the left.

  3. Scroll down to your "Billing History"

  4. Click on the invoice you'd like to download. That's it. A PDF file including the billing details you entered will be downloaded into your downloads' folder.

Add your company billing data

If you need any specific company details such as company name, address, tax ID, or any other details that need to be included in your invoices, you just need to follow this link: https://pro.trackingtime.co/#/client-portal , and scroll down to "Billing information" as the image below shows.

📝 You can modify the email address of the person in charge of receiving your TrackingTime invoices directly from the Stripe portal!

Change the account owner

Roles: admin | Free Feature

The account owner is the one user administrator who is in charge of the TrackingTime account. They are the only user who can subscribe to our premium plans, update credit card details, cancel a paid subscription and close the account.

As the current account owner, you can transfer ownership to another user in your account.

How to change account owner:

  1. Go to the menu in the top right corner of the screen, and then select "Settings".

  2. Select "Account" and scroll down to find the Account Owner section.

  3. Select a user from the drop down list.

  4. Click on "Change Owner"
