Wire transfers
For annual subscriptions of more than 20 users, we could accept payments via Wire Transfer. Please, get in touch with us in case you'd like to choose this payment method and our sales team will help you out.
📝 We don't accept PayPal, Bitcoin or similar.
⚠️ Payment must be done from a computer. You won't be able to subscribe from your phone.
What happens when your credit card fails
Payments can fail due to several reasons. For instance, a change in your card number, your card expiring, cancelation of your credit card, or the bank not recognizing the payment and taking action to prevent it. When a payment for your subscription fails, we'll notify you via email and automatically try again in 3 to 5 days.
Contact your bank

How to understand my invoice?
User fees are calculated based on the current number of active users in your account.
At TrackingTime, you only get billed for the people who use it each month. User fees are automatically prorated, so that you always end up paying only for the exact amount of time that a user has been marked as active during a given billing period.
For instance, if you add a user at the middle of the month, you'd only pay for half of that user. Let's have a look at this example below:
In this example, this company is paying for a PRO Annual Subscription and on October 30th they added a 6th user to the workspace. The Cost per user is USD 60 per year, which means that if the company adds a new user, they should pay USD 60 for that user. However, their renewal date is January 21st, and they added the user on October 30th.
If we make the calculation, from October 30th to January 21st, there are 83 days. Therefore, instead of paying USD 60 for the entire year, they will only pay USD 13.66 (which is the equivalent for 83 days).
Add your company billing data
If you need to include any specific company details, such as company name, address, tax ID, or any other information in your invoices, you can do it from your Billing Portal, on the "Billing information" section, as the image below shows.
📝 You can modify the email address of the person in charge of receiving your TrackingTime invoices directly from the Stripe portal!
