The Setup Dashboard in TrackingTime is your go-to hub for understanding how your team is using TrackingTime and how your workspace is configured. Designed especially for workspace admins, this dashboard provides real-time visibility into key adoption metrics and setup components, allowing you to ensure a smooth onboarding and optimal usage of the platform across your organization.

Account details

The account details section gives you a quick overview of your workspace’s core settings. View your current plan details, workspace owner’s name, team size, and access shortcuts to key configuration pages like Notifications and Billing.

Team setup

Check how many users in your team have installed our apps, integrations and extensions! From this section you'll be able to send them email reminders to install or active them.

Tracking settings

Manage work schedules and time tracking rules for your team from this section. Easily assign work schedules to users without assignation and check on workspace policies that have been set.

Account features

The Account Features section lets you customize your workspace by enabling the tools that best suit your team’s needs. From here, you can activate and manage powerful add-ons like Rates & Costs, Timecards, Attendance, and Invoices.

Whether you're looking to track project costs, monitor working hours, or handle billing more efficiently, this section gives you full control to configure these features in one central place.

Each Fix button helps you quickly resolve pending setup actions:

  • Users (Rates & Costs): Opens a list of employees who don't have a rate assigned. From here, admins can assign rates directly.

  • Projects (Rates & Costs): Opens project settings where rates can be added for specific projects.

  • Timecards: Redirects to the Timecards section filtered by the "Pending submission" status, making it easy to review and submit pending Timecards.

These shortcuts help keep your workspace configuration clean and up to date.

The Shortcuts section provides quick access to essential workspace management tools and resources. It’s a centralized space to streamline setup, manage data, and get assistance when needed.
