Sync your time offs with your calendar

Easily sync all approved time offs from TrackingTime directly with your Outlook, Google or iCal calendar.

With our time off sync feature, all your approved time offs in TrackingTime can be automatically synced with your calendar of choice. This ensures that your absences seamlessly appear in your calendar feed, helping you and your team stay organized and up-to-date without any manual updates.

Integrate your time offs with your calendar

How to sync Attendance with your calendar:

  1. From the main menu on the left, click on Attendance.

  2. On the Overview section, click on "Add to Calendar".

  3. Copy the subscription link.

  4. Go to your Calendar app and add a new subscription using our link.

📝 Once you've successfully synced with TrackingTime, all approved days off, holidays and other time offs, will be displayed in your calendar.

⚠️When you edit time offs in TrackingTime the changes will be automatically synced with your calendar. However, any changes made to a time off in your calendar, will not be synced with TrackingTime.

Add your time offs to Google Calendar

How to sync your time offs with Google Calendar:

  1. Open Google Calendar on your computer.

  2. On the left side, click the “+” next to “Other calendars” and select “From URL”.

  3. Paste your TrackingTime Time Off calendar link into the field.

  4. Click “Add Calendar”.

  5. Your Time Off events will now appear under “Other calendars”.

Add your time offs to Outlook Calendar

How to sync your time offs with Outlook Calendar:

  1. Open Outlook Calendar on the web.

  2. On the left panel, select “Add Calendar”.

  3. Choose “Subscribe from web”.

  4. Paste your TrackingTime Time Off calendar link into the field.

  5. Give your calendar a name (e.g., “Time Off”).

  6. Click “Import” to add it.

Add your time offs to Apple Calendar (iCal)

How to sync your time offs with iCal:

  1. Open the Calendar app on your Mac.

  2. In the menu bar, click File > New Calendar Subscription.

  3. Paste your TrackingTime Time Off calendar link.

  4. Click Subscribe.

  5. You can customize the calendar’s name and settings.

  6. Click OK to finish.
