The Microsoft Planner Project Sync integration allows you to sync all existing projects (Plans) from Microsoft Planner into TrackingTime. This helps you keep your project structure aligned across both tools, improving visibility and consistency for your team.

How it works

When you install the Planner sync:

  • All your existing Microsoft Planner projects (also known as “Plans”) are automatically imported into TrackingTime as projects.

  • These projects will appear under your Projects list in TrackingTime, ready for time tracking and reporting.

⚠️ Planner tasks are not synced automatically. To track time on Planner tasks, you’ll need to use the TrackingTime Browser Extension.
