In TrackingTime, we don't do time zone conversions. This means that we will show you the hours your employees work, on your timezone, no matter theirs.

For example: if two employees work in two different time zones, and both of them work from 9AM to 6PM, when you create a report you'll see both employees have worked from 9AM to 6PM, your time.
