In order for a cloud service to be useful, specially for one that you use everyday in your business, it has to be available –– we get it. This starts with ensuring that services are built on top of a robust platform of core technologies, that we are proactive about hunting down possible points of failure, and that we constantly monitor our infrastructure and applications with a dedicated team of DevOps experts who are available 24-7-365 –– every day, at any time, all year round.

Here's an overview of our service availability for the last months as measured by the monitoring service Pingdom. Please note that these metrics might include scheduled maintenance downtimes which occur during weekends.
