Sometimes, email invites can be marked as spam or blocked by a user’s email program. If your coworkers are having trouble receiving their email invites you can help them.

In Manage > Team you will see their invitation status as "Pending", click on the status to:

  • Resend Invite: try sending the invite email again.

  • Share the Invite link: use the "copy to clipboard" feature, paste and send the link to your colleague.
    When your colleague opens the link he will see the screen below to complete and sign into your account. Google sign in is available as well.

  • Email error message: we provide you with the reason why your colleagues are not receiving the invite.
