Our hour plans are specially designed for companies that work with many freelancers or part-time employees. Instead of paying a monthly fee per user you get unlimited users who can track up to a certain amount of hours per month.

How are my hours calculated?
Work hours for every plan are calculated month by month, from the first day of the month to the last one, regardless of the date when your subscription started. In the first billing period, the number of hours allowed in your plan are automatically prorated. For instance, if you start your subscription for the 500h plan on March, 15 you'll have 250 hours available for March and then 500 hours available for April, May and so on.
What happens if I exceed the hours on my plan?
If during any month you track more hours than your currently active plan allows, we'll automatically switch your account to the next available hourly plan. On your next invoice, you'll start paying the fee for the new plan. Please note that we won't charge you extra for the exceeded hours in your current billing period.
For instance, if you're on the 500h plan and during January you track 800 hours, your account will be automatically switched to the 1000h plan in February. However, you won't have to pay for the 1000h plan in January.
