Switch between different company accounts with ease.

TrackingTime offers multi-account support. This means that you can work for different TrackingTime workspaces using a single user account and one email address.

Having multiple workspaces

To be able to visualize the Workspace Switcher, you'd have to be part of multiple workspaces all while logged in with the same email address.

⚠️ Only one workspace can be created per email address.

Therefore, the only way of having multiple workspaces linked to the same email address is to be invited to them, by other users.

Switching between workspaces

If you belong to multiple workspaces, the Workspace Switcher will be automatically turned on when you log in to your dashboard.

At the top left corner, it will display the workspace name you are currently logged into.

How to switch between workspaces:

  1. Click on the "Active workspace" label, at the top left corner of the screen.

  2. A pop-up will appear on the screen, with all of your workspaces listed, where you'll be able to select the account you’d like to switch to.

📝 The last workspace selected will remain as the default account.

If you are using the TrackingTime button extension to track your time via integrations, you can also switch between workspaces.

Click on the extension on your browser and select an Active Workspace!
